Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched from our UK base within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation by email straight away, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking once your items are on the way.
UK Delivery Times & Costs
We ship across the United Kingdom using a tracked service. Standard UK delivery (Tracked 48) is £4.90 and typically arrives within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. If you need your kit in a hurry, a next working day tracked service is available at checkout for £12.00. Exact shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout based on the option you choose.
International Delivery
We are happy to ship to instructors and studios outside the UK. International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. Delivery times vary by country, and any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves us, we will email your tracking number so you can follow your parcel right to your door. If your tracking has not updated within a couple of working days of dispatch, please get in touch and we will look into it for you.
