Returns & Refunds
You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer regulations. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Hygiene Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on headset microphones, headworn products, or mic belts once opened or used, unless the item is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the manufacturer's warranty. We want every instructor to be set up with audio they can rely on.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at info@aeromic.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the next steps. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days of receipt. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to show the funds.
