WHICH HEAD MIC IS RIGHT FOR ME?
Typically it depends on the receiver or radio system you already use. However, all our Aeromic, Cyclemic and EMic head mics are available with the right connector for all the major manufacturers (such as Trantec, Sennheiser, AKG, Rode) All our mics with a mini XLR connectors are manufactured with our new 'MultiMic connectors'. This allows our Aeromics, Cyclemics and E*mics fitted with a T3 or T4 connector work in any brand of transmitter with the matching socket!. If you are still not sure, email us at info@aeromic.uk with your transmitter brand and model and we will point you to the right one.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE AEROMIC, CYCLEMIC AND EMIC?
All three are professional, sweatproof fitness head mics built for the demands of group exercise. EMic is the workhorse, tough, practical and great value. The Aeromic and Cyclemic sit at the top of the range, offering exceptional comfort and performance for instructors who teach 7 days a week. Aeromic is the classic instructor mic, renowned for its ultra-lightweight design and all-day comfort. Cyclemic builds on that heritage with its distinctive J-curve headset, designed specifically for the heat, intensity and movement of indoor cycling, providing a secure and comfortable fit even through the toughest rides.

ARE YOUR MICROPHONES REALLY SWEAT PROOF?
Yes. Our head mics are designed and manufactured specifically for high-sweat group exercise and spin environments, where standard mics fail quickly. Sweat is the number one killer of microphones, and our products are engineered to keep performing class after class.
WHAT IS A MIC BELT OR POUCHBELT FOR?
A mic belt (or pouchbelt) holds your wireless transmitter pack securely and comfortably around your waist while you teach, so it stays put through every move and protects it from sweat. We stock a range of styles and colours, from the discreet Classic Pouchbelt to our huge Bling range.
DO YOU SELL FULL STUDIO SOUND SYSTEMS?
Yes. We design, supply and install complete bespoke Group Exercise audio systems for health clubs and fitness studios across the UK. If you're planning a new studio or upgrading an existing one, get in touch if you would like some advice.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are dispatched from the UK within 1 to 2 working days. Standard UK tracked delivery usually arrives within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch, and a next working day option is available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
CAN I RETURN A MICROPHONE OR MIC BELT?
Unused, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in line with UK consumer regulations. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on head mics, headworn products or mic belts once opened or used, unless the item is faulty. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, contact us and we will put it right.
WHAT IF MY MIC DEVELOPS A FAULT?
If an item is faulty or stops working, email us at info@aeromic.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the manufacturer's warranty.
