You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery in line with UK consumer regulations.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on headset microphones, headworn products, or mic belts, unless the item is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the manufacturer’s warranty.

To request a return, email [your email address] with your order number. Items must be returned in original packaging and resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receipt.
